If you wish to extend your hotel stay beyond the original check-out date, please follow
these guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.
Extension requests must be made at the hotel reception before the scheduled check-out time.
Do not wait until the check-out hour — submit your request the evening prior whenever possible.
All extension requests are subject to room availability at the property.
The hotel cannot guarantee the same room will be available for extended nights.
The extended stay will be charged at the current prevailing room tariff on the
date of extension — which may be higher or lower than your original booking price.
The hotel reserves the right to decline extension requests if the room has
already been reserved by another incoming guest, or if the hotel is at full capacity.
Additional payment for the extended nights must be settled with the hotel
directly before the extension is confirmed. Online or card payments may be required.
If a guest fails to request an extension before check-out time and remains in the room,
the hotel may request immediate vacation or charge a full extra night at
the walk-in tariff.
All additional services consumed during the extended period — meals, laundry, room service,
extra bedding — will be charged separately and billed by the hotel.
Extension requests are handled entirely by the hotel. CrazyOtels cannot guarantee extensions
on your behalf — always contact the hotel reception directly well in advance.
