  1. 72+ Hours Before Check-in: Full refund after deducting a small CrazyOtels service fee. Refund processed within 10–12 working days.
  2. 24–72 Hours Before Check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. Balance will be refunded. Actual charges may vary by hotel.
  3. Less Than 24 Hours Before Check-in: 100% of the booking amount is charged. No refund is applicable.
  4. No-Show Policy: Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice is treated as a No-Show. No refund will be provided.
  5. Peak / Festival Periods: No refunds during long weekends, festival seasons, or high-demand special dates — regardless of the cancellation window.
  6. Hotel-Specific Overrides: Certain hotels may have their own cancellation terms which override the above standard policy. These will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
