Early Check-in Policy

Standard check-in time at most partner hotels is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in before this time is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed.

During festivals, long weekends, peak seasons, or high-demand periods, early check-in may be unavailable.
Hotels prioritize standard check-in guests; early access is given only when a room has been vacated and cleaned.
Additional charges may apply for early check-in as per the individual hotel's tariff.
To request early check-in, please contact the hotel directly after receiving your booking confirmation.

Early check-in is never guaranteed. We recommend arriving at the standard check-in time to avoid disappointment.

Late Check-out Policy

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM at most partner hotels. Late check-out beyond this time is subject to hotel approval and room availability.

All late check-out requests must be made at the hotel reception before the standard check-out time.
Additional charges will apply for late check-out, varying by hotel and duration of extension.
If a room has been reserved by another incoming guest, late check-out may not be possible.
Guests failing to vacate by the agreed time may be charged a full additional night at the prevailing tariff.
