Room Occupancy Rules

1. The maximum number of guests permitted per room is determined by the room category (Single, Double, Triple, Suite) and the specific hotel's policy. This information is displayed clearly on each hotel's room listing page.
2. Guests must ensure that the total number of occupants — including adults and children — does not exceed the maximum permitted limit for the room type selected at booking.
3. Additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy may result in:
   1. Refusal of check-in by the hotel, or
   2. A mandatory upgrade to a larger room or additional room booking, or
   3. Provision of an extra mattress at an additional charge (subject to availability)
4. Extra person charges (for additional guests within the permitted limit) may apply based on the individual hotel's tariff and will be collected directly by the hotel.
5. All guests staying in the room — including accompanying guests not listed in the booking — must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
