Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before booking any hotel through CrazyOtels.

General Policy

At CrazyOtels, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. However, cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific hotel's policies and the booking conditions selected at the time of reservation.

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation terms vary by hotel, room type, and offer. The following general categories apply:

Free Cancellation Cancelled before the specified deadline Full refund
Partial Refund Cancelled within limited time before check-in Partial refund as per hotel policy
Non-Refundable Non-refundable bookings or last-minute No refund
No Show Guest does not check in No refund
Exact cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be shown clearly during the checkout process.

Cancellation by Hotel

In rare circumstances, hotels may cancel bookings due to overbooking, maintenance closures, or other unforeseen situations. In such cases, CrazyOtels will assist by:

  • Providing an alternative hotel of similar or higher category (subject to availability)
  • Or issuing a full refund to your original payment method

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method used at booking:

  • UPI / Net Banking / Credit or Debit Card payments via Razorpay
  • Wallet credits where applicable

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider. CrazyOtels is not responsible for delays on the payment provider's end.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Bookings marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
  • Special discounted, flash sale, or promotional offers
  • Late cancellations past the deadline or no-show cases
  • Service charges, convenience fees, and platform fees

Modification Policy

Changes to booking dates, room types, or guest count are subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges. Please contact our support team at least 48 hours before check-in for any modification requests. Modifications are not guaranteed and depend entirely on the hotel's policy.

Payment Gateway & Processing

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a RBI-compliant payment gateway. CrazyOtels does not store any card or banking credentials on our servers. Any delays caused by banks, payment processors, or technical outages are outside our control.
