At CrazyOtels, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. However, cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific hotel's policies and the booking conditions selected at the time of reservation.
Cancellation terms vary by hotel, room type, and offer. The following general categories apply:

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider. CrazyOtels is not responsible for delays on the payment provider's end.
No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
Changes to booking dates, room types, or guest count are subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges. Please contact our support team at least 48 hours before check-in for any modification requests. Modifications are not guaranteed and depend entirely on the hotel's policy.
All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a RBI-compliant payment gateway. CrazyOtels does not store any card or banking credentials on our servers. Any delays caused by banks, payment processors, or technical outages are outside our control.
