hotel providers across India. We do not own or directly operate any of the listed hotels.
We act as an intermediary facilitating reservations between guests and hotel partners.

Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or an explicit confirmation message from our team.
- Booking details will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to the registered contact.
- CrazyOtels reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of pricing errors, technical issues, or fraud.

Pricing & Payments
- Prices are dynamic and may change based on demand, availability, and seasonal factors.
- All prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of taxes as clearly mentioned at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).
- Convenience fees or service charges may apply to certain bookings.

Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the hotel, room type, and booking offer selected.
- Free Cancellation — available for eligible bookings if cancelled before the specified deadline.
- Non-Refundable — certain discounted bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- No-Show — guests who fail to check in without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds.

User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal and booking information during reservation.
- Carry a valid government-issued photo ID for check-in (PAN Card not accepted).
- Comply with hotel rules, policies, and code of conduct during the stay.
- Ensure timely check-in and check-out as per booking details.

Hotel Policies
Each hotel operates under its own set of policies regarding check-in/check-out times,
cancellation terms, guest conduct, and facility access. All guests must comply with the
specific policies of the hotel at which they are staying. CrazyOtels is not responsible
for policy variations across hotel partners.

CrazyOtels shall not be held responsible for:
- Hotel service quality, cleanliness, or facility standards
- Cancellations initiated by hotel partners
- Loss or theft of personal belongings during the stay
- Delays, inconveniences, or damages at hotel premises
- Failures of third-party services (payment gateways, SMS providers, etc.)
