General Guest Guidelines

By proceeding with a booking on CrazyOtels, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following guest policies applicable at all partner hotels.

1. The minimum age of the primary guest must be 18 years at the time of check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented. PAN Card is not accepted as proof of identity.
2. All accompanying guests are also required to present valid ID proof during check-in as per hotel requirements.
3. Extra mattresses or additional bedding will be provided only on prior request and may involve additional charges as per the hotel's tariff.
4. Pets are not permitted inside the hotel premises unless explicitly stated otherwise in the hotel's listing.
5. If any guest's behavior is found to be inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of hotel policies, the management reserves the right to take appropriate action, including early check-out without refund.
6. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property (furniture, fixtures, linen, etc.) during the stay, beyond normal wear and tear. Charges will be levied accordingly.
7. Hotel policies may vary by destination, season, or special occasions. Guests are advised to read the specific hotel's policies at the time of booking.
8. Certain booking-specific policies may apply and will be communicated during the booking confirmation process.
9. The tariff displayed is an indicative price based on market comparison. Discounts shown are calculated based on reference pricing and may not represent the actual base room cost.
